I have an online health and fitness community called Badass Fit Fam because we are BFF’s! This is a secret Facebook group where you will have where you will have access to meal plans, recipes, health and fitness tips, my coaching, and you’ll have a safe and secure place to share your journey. In my groups you will find support, motivation and accountability from ladies who are on the same mission as you.

For the first time in my life I have found success in my health and fitness goals because of challenge groups. Coaching in these groups is by far my favorite part! I love helping women smash their goals, find confidence and happiness and realize their full potential. We all share our triumphs and struggles in this safe space and together we kick butt everyday!
